From briefing night to departure gate, we’ve got you. We provide engaging preparation resources, family info packs, digital admin tools, and student readiness workshops—making it easy for schools, students, and parents to feel confident and ready.

Trips are led by trained and experienced Trip Leaders and school staff. They’re backed by robust supervision systems and a 24/7 global operations team. Calm, capable, and inspiring—our leaders are there every step of the way.

Absolutely. We specialise in co-designing programs with schools. Every trip is aligned to your curriculum, calendar, student goals, and community values.

Trip costs typically include flights, accommodation, meals, activities, planning and risk documentation, program delivery, and on-ground support.
Not included: student travel documents (e.g. passports and visas), vaccinations, personal equipment, and spending money. We offer clear payment schedules with no hidden costs.
