Students stay in a thoughtful mix of comfortable three- to four-star hotels, locally run guesthouses, and community-style lodgings selected for safety, location, and cultural connection. There is no camping. Accommodation provides a welcoming place to rest and reflect, while locally hosted stays can offer a closer view of everyday life and the warm hospitality for which Indonesia is known.
